By accessing and using MarineMatch (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

MarineMatch provides a maritime recruitment platform connecting verified maritime professionals (Crew) with ship owners, captains, and maritime agencies (Companies).

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for the security of your account passwords.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide fraudulent documentation (e.g., fake STCW certificates).

4. KYC and Verification

Both Crew and Company accounts undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. By using the platform, you agree to submit legitimate identification and professional credentials for algorithmic and manual review.

5. Limitation of Liability

MarineMatch acts only as a connecting platform and is not a party to any employment contracts formed between users. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or breaches of maritime law arising from employment secured through our service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
